Worst management I've ever dealt with. Yelled at Maitnance, contractors and I was literally in the room. If I could give no stars I would. She is the rudest person I've ever dealt with. The maintenance men I've dealt with in previos complexes take DAYS and WEEKS but they were quick here up until this beast came in and ran them out. Never leasing again. Moved out after my lease was over ASAP

This apartment complex has been the worse experience. I'm ashamed I referred someone here early in my lease. now that my lease is coming to an end I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here.. this is more of a "running out of time" apartment complex so you settle. The rich management pay portal they have in place has out dated loop holes they never catch till your late paying rent. The water is constantly cut off in the mornings, yet they are very adamant on paying your water bill, they aren't concerned the frequent shut offs.... read more
Not pleased with these apartments. Front office people are not always helpful, water gets cut off without warning so if you have to go to work I hope you like going unshowered. This is the second time this has happened without a warning. We will not be renewing our lease at Oakhampton.
Negative stars! Do Not rent at this complex! I have broken my lease due to many complications and the facility is completely unaccountable. They have been doing construction all over the complex throughout my stay which was less than a year but other occupants have been there for 5 years and they said the same. There are nails and boards all over the floor, which has forced me to replace my tires TWICE! Which the complex will deny and not compensate for. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I wouldnt even live here if they paid me to. 1. They come in and out of our apartment at free will with no warning or notice. 2. When doing construction on our apartment, they broke one of our windows, replaced it with a tiny piece of wood and glass shards covered the ground in our apartment. I also have a clear picture of a 10 year old boy doing construction on our apartment 3. Don't waste your time or money. I am stuck in this place for another 11 months, one of the dumbest things I could have done. The management does not care about your happiness or your property. When i first moved in, my apartment was dirty, grease all over the cabinets and dust everywhere. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, i sucked it up and cleaned.
