My dad is really loving this place the staff and caregivers take great care of him and the place is always clean. They keep the grounds nice for the residents. The food is also great have some good cooks there I am definitely getting the money's worth out of this nice community. They have lots of activities when dad is up to it. I give them 5 stars and would recommend this to anyone looking to place their loved ones.
My mother seems to be doing well at this community. There are a few issues we are still working out with the community, but overall it has been good experience. One of my main issues has been the meal experience. She is on a restricted diet. At first there was a problem with the chef adding salt to the meals, which she wasn't supposed to have. To make sure it is the right fit for your family member. We were told that they could handle my BIL and we told them that he becomes violent. He was there and on his 2nd day climbed the fence and got out. The only way they knew about it was a passer by saw him and reported it. He told them he was hungry. I know he had access to food. I think he just wanted out. He was there only 10 days and had to be removed. My sister went to the trying to get a refund and could never get the right person on the phone. Honestly there should be a 0. [name removed] was discharged on [date removed] day due to violent tendencies even though we were told several times that they knew how to deescalate any situation. We found that not to be true in his case.
