Some staff members are quite nice, others not so much. They are severely understaffed or simply underscheduled a shift. I am currently in the lobby waiting and have been here over an hour as an established donor. One of the phlebotomy techs just walked off the floor, leaving one tech to attend to roughly 13 people. Five of them were done donating, and still hooked to machines. There is one donor who has been on a bed for over 20 minutes and still hasn't even been hooked up yet! Unreal.
