Recommended***updated*** As of July, 2023... they continue to drop their prices, that they pay their donors. The most you can get at the top tier is now, only $60. Need to retrain unknowledgeable and unfriendly staff. Most, but not all staff are rude and very unpleasant. They act as if they hate their jobs and working with the public. Short staffed, Two workers show no compassion seen a couple people almost pass out they just hand them a Gatorade send them on there way. Very rude and short if you ask a question why it takes three to four hours to wait some of the phlebotomists there are not qualified to be sticking anyone.

I called this morning to make sure that I was good to go to donate because I had a baby and it's been a year since my last donation they told me I could come in as a new patient today to do my physical and do a donation I got all the way here to be told that I had to make an appointment which I was not told on the phone super unprofessional and inconsiderate
they turned me down for operation not health related from 9 years ago. l am in perfect health and no medicatio s. Never drank, never did drugs and quit smoking over 38 years ago. Their lose. l wasted 2 days and 5 hours and a friend had neck surgery over 5 years ago turned him down. We were honest that is a joke.
I don't think they should change the amount of money for your donation because you missed a couple of times, they still take the same amount of plasma from the donor, that's wrong & y'all know it but your getting away with this action, WRONG
how can you make a difference when your a brand new donor and they turn you away cause there to busy to process you in. bad business and customer service
I have been a regular donor and referred a client that gave his 2nd donation yesterday. The Hudson location is now refusing my referral fund due to them deferring me until I have a physical showing I no longer have the flu from months ago even though they allowed me to donate after the fact. My birthday is 7/16/64. Please correct this and submit my referral funds. I left after two and a half hours and third in line to see the nurse in a nearly empty center. Disorganized, Poor systems and processes. They do not offer the "New donors can earn over $900" promotion they advertise online. Zero Stars. Would not recommend. I would recommend BioLife Plasma Services. For Donors in Largo. I earned $600 in 4 visits. They also offered $900 for 8 visits. friendly, efficient, well managed, smooth systems and processes.
