My experience with them so far has been nothing less than perfect. While I’m have trouble raising my protein levels they have been so caring. Giving me good advice on how to help raise my protein. The staff always makes sure you have been taking care of. I highly recommend them.

my first donation as a new donor was excruciating I was there 6 hours I was literally the last person out of the building. it took a whopping 44 minutes for the actual needle stick and donation of plasma yet I was there from quarter to 4:00 to after 10:00 at night... other than the wait time the facility is super clean and the staff seem to all be very competent and friendly I'm going to give them a second try as I won't be a new donor and hopefully the process will be faster and I want my plasma obviously to be usable we wi... read more

the staff at this location is great, I go first thing in the morning and I'm in and out. it's a very clean business, the staff is attentive to your needs. it's a great way to help people and make quite a bit of extra money if you need it.

The donation center is clean outside is clean very friendly staff pay schedules pretty good

Very professional extremely clean very kind personal people very caring gentle and I’m very protective of all the workers there because sometimes they have to put up with very rude people and that’s not nice. They never take a vantage of me if my iron is low or high blood pressure is too high it’s always a good experience. I think everyone that works there should be rewarded. I have not met one person in over a year that was anything but extremely professional.
