Verified Renter Overall the building and residents are lovely. I sense some tension between residents and management due to some more recent changes included to the trash and using RUBS utilities. Personally, I find these changes reasonable but understand that for many, change is hard. More transparency about how the utilities is calculated each month and more and persistent communication in the form of flyers on each door may be effective.

Verified Renter The staff size is small but effective. They know the tenants and vice versa. They’re timely in response to your issues and will take the time to listen to your concerns. There are approximately 8 apts on every floor and 23fl to the building with basically 5ppl running the building, I appreciate their hard work and dedication.
