Verified Renter The management team Teresa and Cleavon are very professional and I enjoy talking with them. If I need something repaired I put in my work order and the maintenance team Mike or Rob are there to fill the request. I cant forget Anna and Jeraldo they make sure that our floor is cleaned, trash is pulled and all the snow is plowed. The team here at Oglesby Towers is the best.

Verified Renter I have been a resident here for twenty five years (June 1996). When there are issues in the building, management responds in a timely manner. What is key for me is the Security service provided seven days a week especially during these times. To be noted the managers and main staff are accessible, accountable and courteous.
Verified Renter Complex is fine overall. I especially like my unit. The only issue here is parking can be challenging at times particularly if youre trying to have visitors. Cant blame that on the complex but it is a realistic issue.
Verified Renter I moved into my new unit and I truly love it. The management office Ms. Teresa and Mr. Cleavon helped make my move to my new unit very successful. The maintenance crew took care of any necessary problems I had with the unit in a timely manner and very professional. And the housekeeping crew do their best to keep the floors cleaned. I am truly satisfied with living in Oglesby Towers.

The staff (office, maintenance and security) have been professional, pleasant, welcoming and available in a timely manner. Although the staff provides a good experience, the residents/neighbors can be a hit or miss - apartment etiquette is not always demonstrated.
