Great place to live! This a great place to live. The manger Brittany and Veronica the assistant manger are a great team. They are very attentive to the tenants needs. The maintenance engineer is an asset to the team. He is very professional and knowledgeable. The building management and maintenance has greatly improved since Birttany's return. Our unit is spacious and comfortable. The views are magnificent.
Great place to stay Anytime I need anything done maintenance wise it’s done in a timely fashion & I can appreciate that! Also the new property managers are very friendly & they get things done!

Nice view The location, price, views, and onsite management are all a plus. The bus stop is literally right out front. This building is about 5 mins from Hyde Park and not too deep into South Shore that you encounter a lot of the riff raff. Brittany and Veronica are very pleasant, professional, and attentive. The gorgeous lake front views and the natural lighting is everything. This is an old building, which a lot of buildings in Chicago are old. HOWEVER that doesn’t mean the upkeep should be subpar. Great property manager Princess was wonderful! She went over and above. She showed apts. after business hours to accommodate my work schedule. Very professional and upbeat!
New Residents We have been residents of TLC Management for going on 4yrs, (Northside) and when we needed to upgrade, the management staff was very accommodating. Now as TLC Residents on the Southside, we are very happy with our new residence in "The Oglesby Towers" our beautiful unit features beautiful views, on the east side we have a balcony facing Lake Michigan, and our north view is the golf course across the street , along with the park, and boat harbor, and a breathtaking view of the city skyline. Outstanding attention and watchfulness from a responsive mangement team is one of the many special amenities at Olgesby Tower. There's even space for your precious pet here. Time to rise and shine.
I need a wheelchair accessible building When I moved into Oglesby Towers 4 years ago, I thought that my new home was a win win. I have multiple sclerosis and I need an elevator, air and a dishwasher for energy conservation, laundry room, package concierge and security. I'm declining and my needs have changed because I am now in a wheelchair and I need physical assessibility. My entrance is actually the service entrance and the doors are extremely heavy to maneuver. Best apartment ever I moved in on a Saturday, the leasing office was very professional. I wanted black appliances in my apartment and was told that's fine they could do it and it would be done by the end of the week (which would be this week) and I get home from work yesterday and the black appliances are installed and ready to go! I love the atmosphere, the only bad thing is trying to find parking on the street, however they do having parking spaces available in the garage for a fee.
