Dr.s and nurses could not have been any more accommodating and helpful to me. I came in on Monday night they found a tumor and removed it without issues. Very professional in every way. Nursesare some of the nicest I have ever encountered anywhere.

I'm not really sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. I'm guessing based on the comments that they were written from an "in-patient" perspective, to which I've not had any experience with. However, the outpatient part here has been nothing but amazing. They communicate very well, they are direct with no BS, accommodating and work with you to actually assist, instead of creating more stressors. Terra is an office manager here and has made the experience so seamless, setting the true expectations from the b... read more

I have known and worked with the staff at OHP for the past 10 years. As a Psychiatric Professional I understand how some people might feel that they received less than adequate care after being admitted on an involuntary admision. However, when a person attempts suicide or is suffereing from Mental Illness or Substance Abuse issues, often times their care is put in the hands of professionals to do what is best for the patient. As a Health Officer in the state of Ohio, I have admitted hundreds of patients over the years to fa... read more

I was there for 5 days and they never even gave my thyroid or anxiety medication till day 4 then I never got it on day 5 either. The beds are so bad I got 10 hours sleep in 5 days. The doctor and staff communication to each other. I would tell the doctor I didn't get my meds and she couldn't believe it. I have been taking both my meds for 18 years. Side effects if you don't get your levothyroxine. You can expect your symptoms to return if you stop taking your thyroid medication and have hypothyroidism. Typically, the long... read more

I have PTSD from my sentence as a volunteer to go to this place to rest & recover! I had not slept for 6 days/ nights. They came in our room every 30 minutes just as I would get to sleep this foreign lady TURNED HER FLASHLIGHT ON IN MY FACE! There were fights the staff couldn't handle! Most of them could barely speak English so they couldn't understand things nor could patients understand them! During one episode a patient was in rage & destroyed the water & coffee machines and we had only hot water to drink from a back sink... read more

the worst hospital I have ever been to the nurses are mean. the drs only see you a couple minutes a day. it's like a big party they have the patients dance and loud music till midnight they let you lay in bed and suffer. if you don't have that big of a problem when u go in you will when u get out. it will traumatize you.all the nurses do is sit and type in their computers if you wake up in the middle of night they tell you to get back to bed. the nurses talk about how they go home and get drunk after there day with patients... read more

This complaint is from a family member not a patient and they are over medicating my loved one to the point I had to call the nurses station and ask someone to check on him. When I called back they had put him on a breathing machine! He's in perfectly good health - he's just depressed and he's nonviolent. I have messaged and left voicemails with the patient advocate who hasn't returned my call. I got a email saying someone would call but no one did.
