I was there for 5 days and they never even gave my thyroid or anxiety medication till day 4 then I never got it on day 5 either. The beds are so bad I got 10 hours sleep in 5 days. The doctor and staff communication to each other. I would tell the doctor I didn't get my meds and she couldn't believe it. I have been taking both my meds for 18 years. I have PTSD from my sentence as a volunteer to go to this place to rest & recover! I had not slept for 6 days/ nights. They came in our room every 30 minutes just as I would get to sleep this foreign lady TURNED HER FLASHLIGHT ON IN MY FACE! There were fights the staff couldn't handle! Most of them could barely speak English so they couldn't understand things nor could patients understand them! the worst hospital I have ever been to the nurses are mean. the drs only see you a couple minutes a day. it's like a big party they have the patients dance and loud music till midnight they let you lay in bed and suffer. if you don't have that big of a problem when u go in you will when u get out. it will traumatize you.all the nurses do is sit and type in their computers if you wake up in the middle of night they tell you to get back to bed. the nurses talk about how they go home and get drunk after there day with patients... read more
No stars! Stay away ! The doctors are dangerous. Nurses incompetent.. They rather play on therepersonal cell phone.
This complaint is from a family member not a patient and they are over medicating my loved one to the point I had to call the nurses station and ask someone to check on him. When I called back they had put him on a breathing machine! He's in perfectly good health - he's just depressed and he's nonviolent. I have messaged and left voicemails with the patient advocate who hasn't returned my call. I got a email saying someone would call but no one did.
Where to start. DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place ABUSES ELDERS and BREACHES HIPAA constantly!! PLEASE listen when reviews have repeated the same issues - Family could not reach me at all as calls were never answered nor relayed. They kept people on hold for hours until they hung up. On my second day I filed a grievance against a nurse, turns out, it wasn't an actual grievance form, and I was never followed up with. ZERO STARS! Wish I would've read the reviews. This place is terrible and unprofessional. Only had one visual visit. Which I had to pay cash for. They did tell me my insurance wasn't accepted for the type of appointment that I needed. They never return calls, they refuse to give me my records. Misinformation all across the board. If I could give this terrible facility zero stars I would. I have no idea how this place is still even in operation. Please never take your loved ones to this facility because they will not be cared for. My dad has Alzheimer's and was sent to this hospital for a short period of time. In the few weeks he resided here he was treated extremely poorly by staff, nurses and doctors. Staff unprofessional refused to call family back. We left messages time after time for social worker patient advocate doctors nurses to call us back. We had to call and call to find out family members condition. This place did not involve family prior to family member being probated. We found out later only because we kept calling.
