Strike One: They had my name from my plate but address and phone number weren't even close. No big deal. Strike Two: In their little "tray dance" they showed me my rear differential fluid (very dirty) vs. new fluid, clear and clean. Great location right off hwy 101. Drive thru oil change. Never leave your car. Fully transparent with eveything they're doing. Located right next to the In N Out. Free Vacuums and complimentary car wash. Some upselling. But no high pressure at all. Brian the service manager was very professional. $35 with tax with my coupon.
