Been going to this oil stop for 3-4 years now and have always had a good experience, that is until today... As I usually do I arrive at 12noon hoping to get a service on my lunch hour, nothing new here. There are only two cars in the three bays which is a light load in my opinion. I was then told by the greater that it would be a 55min wait before They can even start an oil change. I think to myself why such a long wait where there are only two other cars here? Solid service, attention to detail and consistent with service offered. Thanks for making changing my oil a little more fun if we thought that was possible. They need an instant nescafe machine for cappuccinos. They got the rest. Thanks.

I brought my 2005 Cadillac STS in for an oil change today. They were very very nice, informative, and had great customer service. Complimentary beverages were a plus for my teen. They looked over everything (fluids, filters, wipers, etc) letting me know what was good to go & what could use some attention. I probably would have gone with a few of their suggestions if my car wasn't an expensive ass Mother F-er to keep up... & if I wasn't ballin on a budget. So, I brought my 2013 Hyundai Elantra here for an oil change on the 23rd of August. (A week and one day ago from the date of this review, August 31) I was incredibly impressed with the service. The technicians explained everything step by step and made recommendations for service on my car including engine oil system cleanse, transmission flush, replacing engine air filter, and cabin air filter. 15 minute oil change including all of the 33 point inspection/services. They also offer free car wash (and a free vacuum yourself) station. I only needed the basic service, but I was in awe of how polite they were and even more so, how quickly they finished! They also offer a drink, and trash removal, though I didn't need either. There's an $8 yelp coupon on their website, and they give you a $10 coupon once the service is completed. This place was very nice. Friendly techs, free soda, free car wash, WiFi.... What more could you ask for? I will continue bringing my personal and company vehicle here for the all around service and wash.

This service has actually been annoying to me. They have their sales pitch and you hear it, like it or not. Some of the service is just expensive. BUT! Today was great. And especially from one guy one particular. I think his name is Paul? He was a lot more personable and cool. A type of service I much prefer over the robot like sales guys. (I know they are just doing their job). I hope the service in the future is exactly the same as it was today. Thanks Paul! I hope that's your name?

Fast oil change and friendly service. It only took 30 minutes. They honored my $5 coupon and I got a free car wash, too.
