The staff were courteous, and there was a guide who spelled out what they were doing and when. I was able to stay in the car, while they swarmed around it. There was no wait time and they produced what they promised on the card I got in the mail about their services. I would return again. The only thing they could not fix was the Check Engine light was on. They said at the onset that it might not respond to the service they were doing. I stopped in to have my oil checked while traveling. Robert and all of the staff present were fantastic. They were upbeat, friendly, and efficient. They went the extra mile to provide great service and got me back on the road quickly. I would definitely visit again.

Customer service oriented, knowledgeable and takes the time to listen/address areas of concern. Reasonably priced for the current economy. Complimentary car wash is still provided at the other location.

I was amazed by the service I received from Oil Stop. The staff was fast and knowledgeable. They offered several drinks while they serviced my car. It's a bit pricer than Jiffy Lube, but the service is worth the extra cost. I highly recommend them for your next oil change. Keep up the good work.

This was my first time going to a facility like this. It was super quick service and they seemed to do a thorough job. They offered additional services that I declined at the time. They checked my tire pressure and made sure they were aired to the proper standard. It was a little expensive than what I am used to paying so I am not sure if I will be back. All of the staff were sweet and even gave me complimentary water bottle.

I went in yesterday for an oil change and Javin did an incredible job servicing my vehicle with extra care and attention. I've been going to Oilstop on a consistent basis for about a year and I am always very happy with the job they do. The price is extremely reasonable given how quickly they get things done and the level of customer service provided.

Fast, courteous service. Offered water / soda while I waited. Topped off fluid levels. Sprayed WD-40 on door hinges and locks. Offered to check the air pressure in all the tires. Did everything fast, right, and professionally.

I went to Oilstop to have them check my engine as I've been having an issue with mice in my car and I don't know where they're coming from. Javin helped me and was super helpful. In less than 5 minutes he pulled out my glove compartment, found and removed a mouse nest (like it was nothing!), changed my cabin filter and tipped off my fluids.
