Today was my first time getting an oil change at Oilstop. I probably won't be going back to jiffy lube again after today. Alejandro and Robert both gave excellent service and were very friendly and informative. The whole thing also took way less time than I'm used to. They are a little more expensive, but the difference in quality of service is noticeable. Thank you all again!

All I have to say is, this is customer service at its best. Jonathan and Jonathan were my two service techs and they were both extremely thorough and communicative. I know my car and what it needs and they were no bullshit. Just good, thorough, kind service. I have never been here before but will absolutely be coming back anytime I'm in SF.

I had an amazing experience here getting just an oil change. Excellent customer service with extra free services for the vehicle while waiting. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. I Definitely will be a returning customer!

I stopped there one morning on my way to Denver. I needed an oil change and told the mechanic that he was not to do anything else - just change the oil and filter so I could get back on the road. He opened the hood and then spent 15 minutes chatting with the other guys in the garage, gathering information and putting it into the computer. These guys are great! They give courteous service with a smile and they even seem to have fun while on the job! I got a $18 discount coupon, free car wash and free Starbucks with my oil/fluid change

My brother and I stopped in with his 2001 Acura ****bucket. Caleb went above and beyond helping us. He took extra time to put an intricate level of care into servicing the old vehicle. I'm not joking. This guy is a mechanic with wings. He didn't need to to go the level that he did. But he did it. There are some people in this world that just give you faith in a good world. Caleb is one of them. We appreciate that mechanic.

MORE EXPENSIVE THAN DEALER!! WEAK, PATHETIC, AND TERRIBLE. I was an ASE-Certified mechanic for 12 years, so I know what I'm talking about. A sudden family emergency necessitated us bringing in my wife's car for an oil change before we had to leave to Pennsylvania the next day. What a mistake!! It was $104 for the required synthetic oil, with an unbelievably tiny and poorly-made, generic "white-box" oil filter. (See pic!) IT'S ONLY $69 AT THE DEALERSHIP!!
