If you ever need excellent and custom feel service, go to this Oil Stop! We needed an oil change for our RV during a cross country trip - Juvey and Jarin provided this excellent service with communication and patience throughout the service. Appreciate them. Great value!
Quick oil change, accurate, a bit pricey but they're fast!! Friendly staff and not too pushy. If you're in the area check them out!
15 minute oil change and $150 later, I got robbed. I've NEVER had an oil change cost that much!! And then he tried to tell me my oil was leaking and I needed a stop leak, when I proceeded to tell him that I just paid $1500 to have all that fixed then his story changed. That would've been an almost $200 bill with the stop leak. They're crooks and thieves, beware of this place. They won't tell you any prices up front either and at the end you're hit with an outrageous bill!!
This was the best oil change experience I've ever had. They started working on my car immediately and were so polite. They even include additional services free of charge. They filled my tires with air, cleaned my windows, and checked my air filters. Highly recommend for a fast and thorough oil change!
Nice courteous employees. From my experience they aim to please and follow their motto. I've been to Oil Stop for my oil changes and fluid level checks, etc. always pleased. Car wash best I've experienced in Santa Fe. Very thorough! My SUV sparkles!
They're friendly guys but too aggressive with the upselling. I told one guy I just wanted my oil changed & nothing else. Then a different guy starts up. He shows me my air filter, which was changed a month ago, & said I needed a new one. It had some black, which is expected, & I told him no! I didn't know they were like this. I avoid places like these. Then to make it worse, they didn't top off the fluid. Right after I left, I noticed I had no windshield wiper fluid. I had to go back to the jerks. In nearly 20 years of getting oil changes, I had the best oil change experience I have ever had, thanks to Robert! He took his time answering some questions I had and helping me with my car. He was very kind and knowledgable. Everyone there was very friendly and smiling. Excellent service (10/10) and worth every penny. I will be happy to return. Keep up the great work! Thanks again.
I keep coming back for the skilled techs, knowledgeable employees, and engaged management. I love the "cadence" of the techs. Reminds me of my son who is 15 years US Air Force. Keep up the great work. It's not cheap due to quality workmanship. But it IS a good value.
They have this down to a science. Very professional, and they deliver the upsell pitches with ironic humor bordering on comedic. You stay in your car the whole time, and enjoy the free WiFi.
