Transparent, friendly, authentic and hard working group this Friday afternoon! Very efficient and reasonably priced in comparison to other oil tech shops I've been to. They actually filled my oil to the proper level unlike Grease Monkey (lol). Brendan was super kind and helpful and so was Jack on the phone. Another guy offered me cold bottled water while I waited. Honorable mentions go to Gabe and Mahlik who worked on the car as well Honest and all around excellent experience.

Gabe, Jack, Artur, and Corbin were absolutely amazing people! This was my first time at Oilstop drive thru and I'll definitely be coming back! I felt welcomed immediately when I entered and was asked if I'd like a beverage or anything of the sorts by Jack, he was lovely to talk to over the phone. The team did an incredible job! As a first-time customer, I couldn't be more impressed with my experience at this oil change shop. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and transparent about the services and pricing. They explained everything clearly without any pressure or upselling, which I really appreciated.

Everything is fine with the service and all. I just wish they had an option to where you can skip all the upsell and other inspections. I just want a simple oil change and be on my way.

Oil stop is officially my go to place for a oil change!! Their customer service was top tier. It was my first time getting my oil changed in my new car & they went above & beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The manager Jack said I took my car to the spa for the full experience & he was not lying. Lol they suggested many things but never made me feel pressured & left with my car feeling even newer than it was when I came in originally. I went in to this Federal Way Oil Stop for the 1st time today with a coupon that was mailed to my house. I never stopped at The Grease Monkey that it used to be owned by. Most Jiffy Lube places I go to have ghetto-ish employees, but seem to get the job done. Every single employee present today was well groomed, extremely polite, seemed to enjoy their jobs, and spoke eloquently. Amazing customer service provided by the whole team. Oil change was done by Ray who was very knowledgeable and offered options. They let us know their recommendations but weren't pushy at all. They checked everything, including tire pressure. When the hood wouldn't latch, they fixed it to make sure everything was good before they sent us on our way. Pricing was fair as well. Definitely 5 stars.
