I got a coupon in the mail and needed an oil change. These guys were the most polite and helpful oil guys I've ever had. Didn't even plan to write a review, just felt compelled to as I wait for them to finish up. They had the attitude of ChickFilA workers but at an oil shop, odd but I like it. They do try to upsell quite a bit, but I can't fault them too much for that. Profit is made on the margin so I get it. Bordered annoying but didn't go past the line. I took my 2014 Toyota Corolla into Oilstop in Federal Way, and I am pleased to report that I am quite happy with the result! I was going to purchase an oil change and transmission maintenance that would have been more than $250 (see picture of invoice). But one of the technicians accidentally broke a coolant hose (that was already weakened). The manager went to two different parts stores to get a replacement hose. They did a great job replacing the hose, changing my oil, and servicing my transmission fluids...and did not... read more

GO HERE! You will be so pleased. First, just the fact they are closed on the Lord's day! Awesome. I hate getting work done on my car. I think they see me coming a mile away and try to up-sale me on better oil or try and sell me an air filter or get me to sign up for subscriptions. Well I'm visiting from Spokane and realized I was 5,000 miles over due and could not have been more PLEASED by the openness and kindness of a young man. He was there to serve me 100% with his demeanor and approach. Great at sales without selling. ... read more
