My first time getting my oil change from here. I usually go to Jiffy Lube in Federal Way. This place is now my go to for an oil change, very good customer service they don't pressure you to do other things. Zack and Henry were very nice, professional, and very informative throughout the entire process.

Went in today for a transmission fluid exchange. This was the only oil change place I could find to change the fluid in my sealed 4Runner transmission in the Federal Way area. Great service and customer service. Great staff and they even bring you a beverage while you wait in line. Fast service too. I will definately be returning to this location in the future to service my vehicles.

If you have an electronic sensor for oil levels, the complementary top-off will not be honored. Some drive-through oil locations will, but not them. That aside, solid work, a solid team, and service. Likely will be going elsewhere. The folks here do good work. I have visited this location a few times and have been disappointed only once. Usually fast, offer complimentary beverages while you wait. I got a coupon in the mail and needed an oil change. These guys were the most polite and helpful oil guys I've ever had. Didn't even plan to write a review, just felt compelled to as I wait for them to finish up. They had the attitude of ChickFilA workers but at an oil shop, odd but I like it. They do try to upsell quite a bit, but I can't fault them too much for that. Profit is made on the margin so I get it. Bordered annoying but didn't go past the line.
