When we began to run our A/C system recently, it always made a big banging sound when it came on and when it turned off. I put in an online claim to Old Republic, as it was Sunday. The tech assigned to us called the next morning and was out to check on the problem, the same day, I believe. He determined the problem to be that the almost new heating system, which Old Republic had installed a few months earlier, had a more powerful blower than our older intake ductwork panel could accommodate for the A/C system. I was able to enter the problem I was having with my kitchen refrigerator through the website and within a couple of days I was assigned to a repair company Texas Temp Masters, whom I've used before, I was very glad to have **** quickly take care of the problem.

Very long hold times if you need to talk to a human, but the process is pretty quick and seamless overall. The technicians they contract with seem to know what they're doing.

Old Republic sent an SP to address our ** unit in *********** - they replaced a capacitor which fixed the ** fan to function again. A few days later it failed which means possibly the wrong Cap sizing was used which caused the ** unit Fan to pull too much current - thereby rendering the fan non-functional. Old Republic responded immediately after I notified them yesterday and reissued a new SP to address the issue without a new payment claim. We are pleased with their Integrity and Professionality.
