AMAZING Service and Price! WOW - I am blown away by the customer service Online Hearing offers. The staff was SO HELPFUL discussing our needs and options. Still experiencing deficits in heating and inconsistencies in phone calls and streaming. I just think it is cheaper hearing aid! Won’t buy again!
Rude chats, quick to end. No responses to calls or messages. The price could be great (I would't know), but the customer service is atrocious.

I purchased Phonak L-90's for $2454.00 Total cost. That also came with a base for charging that is rechargeable and can recharge the hearing aid batteries several times before needing recharged. Also a compact case to put the hearing aids in if I would need to remove them and put them in my pocket. Better lifetime adjustment support as well. Remote adjustments are by them at your location. Received the hearing aids and they were not adjusted properly. Volume was extremely low even when volume was turned completely up. Tones were not adjusted for me also. Sent them back to be programed and when I received them the same thing! Also no batteries in the box and the hearing aids were just loose in the box! Not in the container, not in a bag just loose rolling around in the box! I'm told I'll receive my money back, that's to be seen.
I couldn't be more pleased with the service I've received from the online crew. Very professional, knowledgable and friendly, excellent to do business with.
Less than a week after being told that I needed hearing aids, the local ENT proposed a set of Phonak 90’s at a cost of $5450.00. I purchased the exact same set from online Hearing for $3319.00
The ad states that I would get two years Of wax guards free. I haven’t seen them. Call today about some problems like I talk to you less than I did
