I’ve been using hearing aids for about eighteen years now and had two pairs of phonak devices. With continued deterioration, my current devices were not sufficient and I started to research options on line. I decided on the phonak Audeo Marvel more for it’s clarity and hearing prowess than the many Bluetooth connectivity features. AMAZING Service and Price! WOW - I am blown away by the customer service Online Hearing offers. The staff was SO HELPFUL discussing our needs and options. After I did my own research and price comparison shopping I called them back and they had me in their database and ordering was a SNAP! I purchased the Phonak Partner Mic for my 94yo mother. Still experiencing deficits in heating and inconsistencies in phone calls and streaming. I just think it is cheaper hearing aid! Won’t buy again!
Rude chats, quick to end. No responses to calls or messages. The price could be great (I would't know), but the customer service is atrocious.
