From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, ***** communicated amazingly throughout the process. OnPointe Premier was very professional and thorough from the time we met with Christian to get an estimate through the whole process of getting our roof replaced. He was patient and this company is very familiar with the term "customer service." If you need to have your roof replaced and don't want to face all the confusion, this is the company to go with. I can't say enough about them.

Great job, great service. Even the trusted independent roof inspector paid by me commented on the great quality of the work. I highly recommend OnPoint roofing. My lead, Christian ******, was absolutely phenomenal! The entire support team is very well organized, professional, and very knowledgeable with all the different insurance agencies. As a customer, all I had to do was sit back and listen. OnPoint Premier was excellent throughout the entire process of our Roof claim/installation. Our project manager (Dominic) facilitated and scheduled all necessary conversations with all stakeholders. We could not happier with the Value and work performed at our property. We got the "white glove" treatment and would recommend OnPoint Premier to anyone!
