Great service. After a recent storm we were recommended OnPoint and they came to assess next day (***************************).He worked a good plan to address with us and the insurance company. Then worked with the ** to deliver on-time and start the work.All was done professionally and they even cleaned up after the 1st day of work. Next day, the work was complete with great results.Great work team OnPoint!!

After noticing our neighbors new roof, and the aftermath of a terrible storm we decided to ask them [neighbors] who they used. Once we received OnPoint Premier Roofings contact info we reached out, and set up a meeting the same week! *************************** came out and handled everything including meeting with our adjuster! A stroke of luck got me in touch with On Point Premium Roofing snd David G! From the initial estimate to the clean up after the new roof was installed And dealing with the insurance company the service was excellent !! What a fantastic experience !! This company and David G are what excellent customer service is all about !!! I highly recommend On Point Premium Roofing and if your rep is anything close to to David G. My thanks goes out to David G*******, Project Manager of OnPoint Premier Roofing. I found David to be informative and patient in explaining and showing pictures, in layman’s terms, how my roof was damaged by hail and rain. He sat down with me on more than one occasion to make sure that I understood why my roof needed to be replaced. Once the job was started, he made a point of being on site in case I had any problems or questions. Having my roof replaced by this roofing company was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The process couldn’t have been easier and the customer service was amazing. David G******* was there every step of the way. Very responsive to all communication, courteous, and patient. I used OnPoint Premier for a roof replacement after a hail storm badly damaged our roof. I highly recommend them, especially working with project manager TJ L****. He kept me informed in every step of the process. He took care of everything so I didn’t have to, from insurance to scheduling to clean up. They did a great job on the roof and the process was very smooth!
