OnPoint Premier Roofing (Austin Office) was one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They were professional, did outstanding work, cleaned up after the roof was finished, and followed up to make sure all went well. If I ever need roof work done again, they will be my choice.

I was planning on having my roof replaced, mainly due to age. I talked to David T**** and he told me that hail had also hit my roof and suggested I check with my insurance company first. Was I surprised at the damage they showed me. I have a two story roof and I would have never crawled up on top to check it out. I agreed to go with OnPoint Premier and I was 100% satisfied with their service. Job was performed in one day and our house looks great. David was "On Point" every day with the job. We recently had our roof replaced by OnPoint Premier. This is a fantastic company to work with! From start to finish, On Point’s rep, Christian was there to answer our many questions and assist with the sometimes tedious insurance claim process. He is a dedicated, professional, and conscientious individual, who definitely knows all aspects of roofing, and how to treat the customer. All that Christian promised, he delivered. My roof is beautiful! It was a pleasure working with Christian and the OnPoint team.

Excellent company, David T**** their representative did everything he said he would do. Greatly appreciated his honesty and integrity during the entire process. He had a lot of patience as we had isssues and delays from the HOA as well as Insurance and Mortgage Companies but he stuck with it and the installers did a great job and were very careful to take care of my property as well as my neighbors. I would highly reccommend to anyone needing a new roof

From start to finish OnPoint and specifically David T**** made the entire process of getting our roof replaced very easy. We found this process to be easier than we first imagined and David was always just a phone call away to answer and help with any questions we had. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and effectively. We have been very satisfied with OnPoint.

I've had 5 previous roofers on my home fixing and doing things to the roof. The last company promised they would meet the inspector on the roof and get my roof replaced! However when the time came the roofers were all talk and didn't help at all! Christian showed up from onpoint premier and was a godsend! He got on the roof with the insurance inspector and didnt come off till we got approved for a new roof!! My skylight developed a leak and I called Onpoint Premier Roofing. Will came to my house, inspected the skylight, and provided the fix to prevent any future problems. I am very happy with the work and relieved not to have to worry about this again.

Many thanks to Thomas M******* with On Point San Antonio. He has been so very helpful in this whole procedure. His knowledge of the roofing business is quite good. He has helped me tremendously in getting the job done. Explained anything I did not understand.Helped me solve HOA situation that came up. And even came back and took care of something he was not required to do. And to think I almost did not let him inspect our roof! That would have been a huge mistake on my part.
