Let me start out by saying that Options Exteriors has been a great company to work with. Lawrence *****and James ******came out and provided us with a complete inspection. They went to bat with my insurance company and made sure to get every bit of damage from the storm covered. They were patient and as we spent far too long picking colors and made sure all of our questions were answered. Options Exteriors was very professional. Jacob explained every detail from start to finish. He was there through the whole process. Very thorough. My wife and I consider him a good friend now. We had a new roof and siding installed on our home. Options employees who performed the work were very nice, showed professionalism with top notch work, attention to detail and clean up. Professional company that stood by their word. Any issues that arose concerning our hail damage claim were handled quickly and properly. Our Representative, Ryan, was wonderful to work with, and always followed through. Would recommend Options Exteriors to others needing their services.

Options Exteriors did an excellent job on my roof replacement. Perhaps even more important, James Coombs and Lawrence Munoz were very easy to work with, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns along the way. And my home now has a great new roof.

I had a great experience working with the team from Options Exteriors. Lawrence and James where amazing to work with, they where the reason I choose Options to start with. What I loved most is that they handled the insurance company for me and got me the maximum amount from my insurance company. Those guys are real professionals.

James provided excellent service from beginning to end of my roof replacement. He was always available to answer any questions I had throughout the process. He is knowledgeable, professional, and a great salesman. The Options Exteriors install crew was quick, accurate, and polite as well. The clean up was fantastic, other then a new roof, you couldn't tell they were even there the next day! A+ experience. I'd highly recommend James and the Options Exteriors crew to anyone needing roofing repairs or replacement work.

We recently had Options Exteriors shingle our Richfield Rambler. From start to finish the project went so smooth. We are super pleased. Jake, the project manager was amazing throughout the entire project making sure everything went without a hitch. Armando and his crew worked quickly and made sure everything was perfectly cleaned up! If you are needing new shingles, siding, windows I would highly recommend Options Exterior! You won't be disappointed!!!
