I had Options Exteriors come to my home and replace my roof and siding after a pretty nasty hail storm.I can't begin to tell you how much I love the new look of my home. They made sure they explained all the steps along the way and made things, so easy. It was joy to work with their entire company. Thank you, for making my home look its best! If you have any hesitation in hiring them for the job. Don't they will make your house look fantastic.
We were happy with the professionalism and quick response to any questions on our new roof install. The roof team was excellent and worked through a spring snow shower to get the roof done in a day. their clean-up was excellent. We had new gutters installed as well, and did have to have some follow-up regarding some spill-over concerns. The salesman Adam did a great job responding to all our concerns promptly. Highly recommend this company!
Options Exteriors was professional in handling everything from beginning to end. They did an excellent job in dealing with the insurance, replacing our roof and cleanup. Andrew Ness was great to work with and we definitely recommend this company.
Andrew, the Project Manager was very good to work with. He was responsible and I'd recommend him to my family and friends.

Options Exteriors has the audacity to say here that they are "working" to help resolve the issues that have occurred as a result of their replacing my roof. As a result of the gaping holes left in the soffits I have paid over $5000 to get the squirrels and bats out of my attic and close all of the entrances. Apparently they say I received notice before the work stating that I give them the opportunity to fix problems before I seek other assistance to fix any issues they created. I have lived at this address for seven years and have never had issues with my roof or wild life in it until this fall. In early summer, a representative of Options Exteriors came to my home, inspected the roof and I contracted with the company to replace the roof because of hail damage. The roof was replaced in late August. In early fall, I noticed noise in my roof that sounded like an animal. I looked for a possible entry point and found a hole in my siding just below the roof where it appeared a hammer had hit my siding. ... read more
They do horrible work! There were so many nails & staples left behind on the yard & driveway that we hired someone to come help clean it up. They never finished the Job and want to charge me for items that were not completed! They put the siding on wrong, seams facing different ways on each side of the house & damaged the lawn, by leaving their materials on my lawn for weeks and said it is not their fault as they, can damage the property. I will never have this company come out and do my roof again. My roof is very wavey and shingles will not lay down. Looking at the pictures they sent me and i looked at some of the under lament is not flat. I took pictures and sent it to them and they have not gotten back to me. I told them my roof looked like crap and i get " It needs to heat up for them to lay down". So i went up there some are stuck down and some are bubbled up.
