Roof installation: first of all they delivered our new roof supplies to the house down the street not ours. Job crew was very messy. Caught them smoking pot on the break I guess. Damaged son's truck cuz we couldn't move it, he was out of town. They said no problem plenty of room. Apparently not lots of damage and debris all over
Do not use Options, they are the worst contractors that I have ever dealt with. Started our home in November of 2021, starting on out Roof. Left a piece off the roof for six months before they finally came back out to install the items that were in the yard the whole time witch where a special order left uncovered and left to the elements. We have tried to contact many times with no answer as to when they will be out to finish the job. The building permit has expired. My elderly father hired this company to work with insurance to replace the roof and possible siding after a storm. The project manager was able to get a claim approved for the roof and the siding on the house. The roof was completed without any issues. The vinyl sidng job was HORRIBLE! The project manager was never on the job site despite numerous complaints about the clean-up of torn-off siding that was left in the grass, bushes, and driveway.
