I am compelled to give a zero-star review after an extremely disappointing experience with the windshield replacement service I received. I specifically requested and paid an extra for an OEM windshield for my vehicle, expecting top quality and compatibility. Tanner, the salesperson, assured me that they guarantee OEM glass. However, the replacement windshield installed is Fuyao glass, not the OEM glass I was promised. My insurance was changed $5000 to replace a windshield!! Crooks!! Receptionist told me she was calling my Ins while I was on hold. Came back and told everything was ok and sent someone out to replace.
I got a quote from this company for my 1995 Nissan windshield out of pocket $337. When technician came out he was not given molding. I called. So I called the company and they stated that molding was not available. I did research for parts needed I called Reed Nissan and they said all parts were still available to order. My daughter had her windshield replaced in May 2022. She was putting her sunshade up and the rear view mirror came off. And a large crack appeared down the middle of the windshield. She was told because the mirror was forced off, they will not honor the warranty. SMH. For 300+. They did the entire install INCLUDING the rear view mirror . RecommendedReplaced windshield in April. The technician broke washer fluid hose. Never replaced...now Rearview mirror snapped off with glass while putting sun shades up in window and whole glass cracked. I paid $334.00 out of pocket and they basically could care less. Even stating that the "Warranty" doesn't cover this. DO NOT USE this COMPANY! Now I have to get a lawyer involved.
