I am compelled to give a zero-star review after an extremely disappointing experience with the windshield replacement service I received. I specifically requested and paid an extra for an OEM windshield for my vehicle, expecting top quality and compatibility. Tanner, the salesperson, assured me that they guarantee OEM glass. My insurance was changed $5000 to replace a windshield!! Crooks!! Receptionist told me she was calling my Ins while I was on hold. Came back and told everything was ok and sent someone out to replace.
I got a quote from this company for my 1995 Nissan windshield out of pocket $337. When technician came out he was not given molding. I called. So I called the company and they stated that molding was not available. I did research for parts needed I called Reed Nissan and they said all parts were still available to order. I told Orange Blossom Auto Glass and at first they said if I got parts out of pocket they would honor $337 quote.
