I am compelled to give a zero-star review after an extremely disappointing experience with the windshield replacement service I received. I specifically requested and paid an extra for an OEM windshield for my vehicle, expecting top quality and compatibility. Tanner, the salesperson, assured me that they guarantee OEM glass. However, the replacement windshield installed is Fuyao glass, not the OEM glass I was promised.
