My experience was horrible. they canceled on me 4 times,lied and give me the ran a round. I can say the person that came to do my windshield was very pleasant but I expected that because of all the cancelation
they set you up for an appointment nobody shows up you can't they say they're going to call you back they never do the appointment took me over a week to get my glass fixed in my windshield
I had 3 appointment and finally some one showed up. The poor guy got caught in Saturday wind abs the window cracked again. Finally after a week the window was fixed. The best thing was Fred who finally replaced my window. He would be the only reason I would have u again. Otherwise it took a week to fix window and that is not acceptable
Called them to order new sunroof glass. They said it would take 2-3 weeks and they would call me back. They never did. Over the course of the past 6 months everyone I’ve talked to says it’s on backorder and they give me the run around. I’ve moved on to another company. These guys aren’t worth your time.
Have my glass installed Friday the The contractors name was Patriots horrible job left a big mess behind customer service was great send someone else to finish the other guy's job
