Our company was founded in 2015 by Patricia Ramos, a former journalist with Masters in Marketing that moved from Brazil in 2013. Serving families all around Massachusetts as house cleaner granted Patricia the opportunity to evaluate client’s needs from an insider perspective. Very professional and connects well with husband/wife in their “clutter conflicts” to provide equitable solutions. Very result oriented and goes beyond a one-off clean up to develop working systems that keep the house in order. I am fussy about who I hire but Patricia comes with my highest recommendation!

Patricia gives excellent service. She is very good at what she does. She listens, gives excellent recommendations and suggestions, but most of all she does not pressure you to make a decision about your stuff. I plan on hiring her again.
Though I was not able to schedule time with Patricia for help with an unexpected move, I was very impressed with her quick and thorough response to my request for information. I told her about my packing needs, and within a couple of hours she sent an estimate, explanation of her services, and a quote. I will definitely keep Order & Bliss I mind next time I need assistance moving or organizing, but will be sure to contact with more advance notice.
Patricia did a great job helping us unpack and organize our recently finished basement. She put things away in logical spots for our large storage room, home office, laundry room and kids playroom. She even started working on our book shelves upstairs when she finished with extra time remaining. She was a pleasure to work with and the time flew by. We would definitely hire her again to give a much needed push on house organizing projects
