Once you sign your lease, they don't care about you. They only care about your money. Nothing ever gets done, and they can't ever seem to keep the pool, basketball court and printing lab open. The service is beyond terrible. They take advantage of the fact that we are students
Nothing ever gets done here. My window was broken since the day I moved in (in August) and it wasn't fixed until I asked to speak to the manager after calling and coming in to speak to the staff about ten times that I finally got it fixed in November. They insist on throwing these stupid parties instead of investing in actually fixing the lights on the basketball court or having a computer lab that actually works, in the five time that I have gone to the lab it has not worked a single time. I can't stand this place.
