This place is not worth it. When I moved in, the room was not clean, and the walls had scuff marks, chipped paint, and damage. I was told that I would get at least a 24 hour notice if someone from the office needed access to my apartment, but there were times when there was no notice, and my roommates and I were charged for something that didn't need fixing. Don't even bother with this place. All this place wants is your money and they will do whatever it takes to get it from you. Walls are super thin here.. you can hear EVERYTHING. Maintenance is a joke you have to put in a couple of orders in before they even try and fix it and even if they do it's usually half ass. The office at Orion is a joke. They are all unprofessional. I have missing mail at this place more than once and they will try to blame it on the mail service before even going to look to see if they may had missed placed it, which they did. It's way overpriced for what you get. I've been here for 6 months and already want to leave. This is my third apartment complex and this is by far the worse. Disgusted with their move out process! They didn't do a walk through with our son when he moved out. We are being charged almost $400 for things that we can't even dispute. We were there for his move out and have been through this process many times and never had this happen. Normal wear and tear is expected when you move in and out of these apartments and to be charged for things that you know they were going to have to replace anyway is just crazy! They will absolutely take advantage of you once you move out by overcharging you for their low quality-furnishings. It is a fine place to live, but it SO not worth the headache it's been trying to pay for these insane charges to me and my roommates (who all renewed multiple years). DO NOT LIVE HERE. The rent may be cheaper, but it is certainly not worth it in the end once you've graduated, are swimming in debt and are forced to pay for Orion's mistakes.
