Used to be a nice place! but now we have break-ins, no AC, no wifi, water issues, and dismissive staff which is disappointing! Sadly don't recommend living here anymore

Sublease is a complete joke, full of contract hidden fees (with the fact that you have to find a person yourself that is taking it right away), and they have all the rights to screw you over. Please look at your contract and tell me that it's fair, I'll laugh at you and walk away.
They let literally anyone park in the non numbered parking spots but the second a resident parks in a numbered spot by accident they’ll tow you. They could care less about your financial struggles or the fact that your car is needed to make money to pay for rent. They don’t care they just want money. So if you’re a crackhead living in his car, feel free to park anywhere that’s not numbered. If you’re a resident, be weary because they will tow you.
Expect BS fees on move out day. Consider yourself warned.
It is the way that they end, after you decide to leave, that is frustrating. If you decide to stay here, make sure you DO NOT accept the apartment if any flooring or walls have imperfections, make them repair it first before you move in. Second, if they tell you not to worry and you won't be held responsible, DO NOT believe them, the sales people are not the ones to decide on whether you get slapped with a bill at the end of your term, for bathroom floor stains or area's of carpet wear and tear.
