Orkin was very responsive to my needs. Jordan from Charlotte NC was very supportive, and his words were reassuring. Because I was out of town, he kept me updated by phone. He was always both respectful, and personal, with the only goal being to resolve my problem in a short time frame. I appreciated his help and will continue to call Orkin when I have a pest problem.

Our technician was great, very nice, respectful and thorough! Thank you Mandi! We've only just had our first treatment, so I can't say anything about how well the treatments work. The only negative I'll say is I had to reschedule our first appointment due to the tech running behind. But I feel that is more of bad scheduling on the office side.

They performed a very thorough inspection and found no signs of termites. They also told me about a possible water leak they saw.
