Please look else where. I wish I could say I was not happy with the service but Orkin failed to come to my home provide a full service inside and out (also garage) but only the outside was done. About a 300 dollar charge. And a monthly charge of 150 dollar that was never performed and the appointment kept getting pushed back. When my wife called Orkin they told her that they were training someone and that he wasn’t able to show up. The bugs (ANTS) kept coming, after a several treatments, I wonder if it water! Wasted money
DON’T USE THIS SERVICE! They quoted me $300 do get rid of the fleas. THEN, they sprayed a bunch of poison, nothing worked. NOW, they are telling me it’s gonna cost over $12,000!!! (And I am contacting a lawyer for a VERY EASY “bait and switch” case).

The technicians were very nice. When I would need to cancel or reschedule, they never worked with me and would send technicians on nonscheduled days that were not agreed to. There’s no point in scheduling appointments if they don’t honor the times of the customers!
