RecommendedI was very pleased with our Orkin inspector that came to our house. He was very friendly and thorough and explained everything to us. I have used working in the past and I know they are the best. Also they were very flexible with my time when it was convenient for me to have someone to come. RecommendedRyen Goodson is an absolute godsend. Orkin should be honored to have him as an employee. The type of customer service, communication, knowledge and friendliness that Ryen has cannot be taught. This is our first year with Orkin and we will be staying every year now thanks to Ryen. Products work great but that’s not what’s keeping us it’s the customer service we have received throughout the season. If you’re in the Syracuse/Baldwinsville area ask for Ryen you will not be disappointed!!

RecommendedJoe MacDonald did my home inspection. He showed me photos of my attic as well as outside accesses the critters had made. Joe went over the plan of how ORKIN would handle the process. He then answered any questions I had and showed me the estimate. I was pleased to learn that I had the option of 90 days before payment was due!
