The young man ( Trent) was friendly , with a great smile. He went about his work, explaining what he was doing, responding to all my questions. He was a good listener as I told him details of my “mice invasion”. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his job. He treated me with respect at all times. The young men that came to my home were so professional and very thorough. They did a great job explaining everything thing, and really took care of all the issues that I needed them to.
