Betsy was kind and very knowledgeable about the services that she offered. She was very considerate and help me deal with a 6 foot snake in my residence by my bedroom and I was able to book an appointment the following day from 8 AM to 10 AM because right now it is 2 PM so first thing in the morning, but I don't know how much sleep with a snake bye-bye bed, but the service is very kind and helpful. We have had Orkin service our property for more than a decade. Our technician, Otto, is top notch! He thoroughly treats exterior (and interior, as needed), including our sheds. He even uses a pole brush to sweep away cobwebs around the exterior of our windows! We've had zero issues with Orkin. They provide us with accurate 2-hour timelines of arrival, and again, our technician, Otto, is great!
I am surprised by the negative reviews, because we had an amazing experience with this location. Scheduling was easy, and the technician was very thorough and meticulous.
