I should start out by saying that I have not used Orkin. This review is not based on their service but there customer service. I have had an unfortunate bug problem and I filled out a form online to get a consultation (shame on me for leaving my phone number). In the last three days I have received 15+ telephone calls from an "unknown" number. No one ever leaves a message. I finally answered the call and it was Orkin. Seriously?!!!! Stay away from Orkin! They showed up twice in the same week unannounced & unscheduled when I wasn't home and sprayed their mosquito treatment (with my cat in the backyard). They over treated my yard (a total of 5 times over a 3.5 week period) which they will even tell you is an unsafe amount of pesticides to use . Orkin is obviously very careless with their pesticides, having children and pets this doubly infuriates me. The list could go on about the customer service problems and the receptionist was really rude.
