RecommendedThe Orkin worker that comes is so knowledgeable and so polite. He always takes a few minutes to answer any questions you might have for him. He explains in detail what he is going to do. He has you sign his pad and then he goes straight to work. I always leave the garage door open because I had issues with mice, termites and ants in the garage. First spray everything is gone. RecommendedThe technician was very knowledgeable and understanding to our pest needs. In this case it happens to be the ants. Jackson with the Lexington, Ky location was very helpful with treating our home and yard for the ant issue that we are having. The ants immediately were reacting to the bait that he left just 10min prior. I highly recommend giving Orkin a chance, especially if you’re a first responder or veteran as they will take care of ya on the payment side!

RecommendedAustin worked hard and did a great job. Performing termite control he was conscious of flowers and plants around my home. He explained what he was going to do and answered all my concerns. Very neat, cleaned and disposed of any debris. Good job Austin. I will use Orkin again in the future.
