Orkin does not keep appointments and does not contact customers if they are running late. Also, I tried to resolve the issues and spent 3 days repeatedly calling before I was able to talk to the manager, who was not concerned about the issues I was having. There definitely needs to be improvement with communication to the customer and improvement in overall customer service. Also, I still have ants in my home.

RecommendedJeff is great and I have no problem with how he treats our house and property. HOWEVER... I have problems with your automated processes. I used to have regular appointments such as third Friday every other month. I would get a phone call reminder. Then I started getting text reminders. Now I have not idea when to expect Jeff. Where do I begin? Lies, lies, lies. We got our first initial visit and then they didn’t show up for the follow up. We called, they apologized and came back and the rep promised they would make up for it and come back every week for the next month. Guess what? We never saw him again! We then called to cancel service, the West Columbia Manager was apologetic and said that he would take care of the bill and make sure our account was closed. Guess what?
