Where do I begin? Lies, lies, lies. We got our first initial visit and then they didn’t show up for the follow up. We called, they apologized and came back and the rep promised they would make up for it and come back every week for the next month. Guess what? We never saw him again! We then called to cancel service, the West Columbia Manager was apologetic and said that he would take care of the bill and make sure our account was closed. Guess what?
