I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received from Orkin as a new customer today. I made an appointment for Orkin (Cedar Rapids) to come out and inspect my home on Monday 8/30/21 from 8-10AM. On Monday, 9:30AM rolls around and I have not heard from anyone. I call and ask why someone hasn't reached out to me yet. I was told that they were "just about to call me" and they need to reschedule my appointment.
