I would have to say that I wasn't very happy trying to get A hold of a manager. We had a large flea infestation, because an animal had died under our building. After several calls we got a hold of a manager who stated that they would send someone out. Alfredo R. Came out to our store. He was very professional and was very good at his job. He located the dead animal and removed it. He took his time to educate me on the source of the problem, and how to resolve any ongoing issues. I have had Orkin's service for over 10 years. Until about 18 months ago, I was completely satisfied with the job the company was providing. Our servicemen, Tyrone and then Gabriel, were excellent technicians, and were very sensitive to our service needs. Unfortunately, however, starting about 18 months ago, my opinion of the quality of Orkin's services gradually took a turn for the worst.
