I called to ask for a pest report. Very nice people. Someone called me back in less than an hour after initiating my request. I was given an appointment time for the next day. The representative showed up over an hour late. He looked around and said he'd send me a report with a quote in less than an hour. Three days passed and no report. Terrible experience with Orkin. We had constant ants throughout their contract with us. When I tried to get additional services to resolve this, their technician did not call when he arrived so I wasn't able to help him inside as I had stepped out. Their technicians do not arrive at scheduled times and their pest control does not work. When I went to cancel, the still charged me $313 to cancel my contract early and did not even tell me this over the phone as I was cancelling. I later found the charge on my card. I contacted Orkin by phone on a Friday afternoon to schedule an appointment for the following week, they were said they would call me back Saturday morning, didn't hear from them until the following Tuesday John contacted me and said Carl would be there 3:15 on Thursday. They were a no show and John did not return my calls or texts and I know it was the right number because he texted me previously. They must need need new business.

I spoke with Stephanie, who understood my issue and educated on me on the suggested solution. Not to mention, she offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse? Our Orkin man, Rolando , is too funny! Loved his sense of humor. He definitely made us feel comfortable in knowing that we were taken care of! But that’s just Our Orkin man. Now we have to see how well the service is with getting rid of these critters. Will up date as we go!

This is a great service operation. John is a terrific tech and before him Tuan was like a member of the family for 15- 20 years. What I like about Orkin is that I can have the same technician time after time rather than getting somebody different each time. They get to know my home and what I’m trying to accomplish with extermination. They are like friends of the family. You must be doing a good job to retain your people. Thank you. Treat them good because they treat us very well.
