This was the only pest control company that could provide service on the same day. The other 6 businesses I contacted only had appointments that over 24 hours later AND would only be to provide estimates--no service. Given that we had a rodent issue, timely service was imperative. Tim was professional, clear, and respectful. I am very pleased with my experience and will use the business again.
Austin Toland, the residential route manager , is very helpful , efficient and professional. We had a carpet beetle issue in our house . Austin visited our house every week for a month to spray the inside of the house , the surrounding area of the house to exterminate the bugs . He is always timely and effective with his work . I strongly recommend Austin to our friends and family . Thank you Austin for a job well done !
We have has good experience over many years. Regular service preventive maintenance has helped. Our technician, Tyler, is very professional and does excellent work as needed. The Livermore office serves our area and has been very responsive when problems arise, sending a technician and giving phone advice .
Found termites in my desk and called them to provide an estimate and service. Field sales were pleasant and showed me what they found but when they provided the contract they could not explain the terms. I wrote an email with my questions and after 5 days they never replied. Result: I found another company that inspected, provided and explained their contract and will come out to service my home. These people are absolutely useless. DO NOT HIRE THEM! I hired them to take care of a rodent problem in my attic. When the first person they sent out arrived I was doing some work in the backyard on my own ladder. Without asking, he grabbed my ladder and began dragging it in the house, banging walls and furniture along the way. Whoa! Don't you have your own ladder? Easier to use yours, mine is in the truck. I had Orkin Pest Control to take care one of my rental apartments in Oakland. There was complaint about fleas that were bothering tenants dog. I schedule Orking pest control immediately for one time treatment -$200. They kept coming for over six month for regular check up $100 per visit. I kept it going just to make sure nothing like that will happen again. When I tried to terminate the monthly visits - they told me it should be 30 days advance notice, and they have to continue with inspection that already scheduled. On the ... read more

Do yourself a favor and just buy a can of Raid and cross your fingers. All I Wanted to do was be proactive with a potential termite situation so I called Orkin. These guys start invoicing you months before the service is ever started and then hound you with collection phone calls day after day, basically a wannabe shakedown company, bad news for them is it ain't worth $600 to anyone. They sprayed my house 2 times. They sprayed the windows I had washed at an expensive price. I still have spiders. They would address the windows getting reawaken unless I give them 3 bids and then will only refund me 150.00 not worth the aggravation don't try them very rude manager
I would have to say that I wasn't very happy trying to get A hold of a manager. We had a large flea infestation, because an animal had died under our building. After several calls we got a hold of a manager who stated that they would send someone out. Alfredo R. Came out to our store. He was very professional and was very good at his job.
