I appreciate the availability of different options. Our visits are quarterly and totally reasonable in cost. If issues in between, they come and take care of the issue at no charge. I have not needed this. Change is staff arriving at the start was a concern but now I have a technician that has serviced us several times. My only issue was a lost payment at the first visit. This caused a second visit to be cancelled without my knowledge but we worked it out.
