Get directionsCameron Texas Area Called orkin for a mouse AND flea problem. Paid for both. First appt all the PC guy did was spray for fleas even tho we paid for the mouse service as well. We were confused but thought we understood wrong. So we called for a mouse estimator. What does orkin do? Send the same guy out that sprayed just to lay traps and leave. RecommendedSupervisor Eugene Simien and Field Technician Oscar both lied to my face stating there is no contract and that I can cancel at anytime. Once I read the agreement I found that I could not cancel and I asked right before they began servicing the property and they finally admitted after several back and fourth questions; that I cannot in fact cancel service within the first year. Not happy ! I called right after the Orkin guy left my home for additional questions and sat for 15 minutes on the phone. I had to call back and go through need a new quote to get a live person on the line. I ,nor the representative are able to get through to anyone for questions. Have been waiting for a call back for questions in regards to my first time as a customer. Did not even get a card from the Orkin guy. Bad representation on Orkin's behalf, and is a weekday.
They are good in getting rid of pest but so expensive

Orkin is GARBAGE. Don't use them. Used the Grand Prairie, TX (GP)location and just had to submit a dispute against my credit card for their service: No show 4 service on 8/4/15. Order pest treatment w/30 day guarantee. Receive treatment 6/5/15. Still had pest. Call office 7/2/15 for re-treat. Told pest tech Greg would call 2 schedule w/i 24 hrs. No call. Called GP office again 7/7/15. Told Greg would call 2 schedule retreat. Greg left message 7/9/15. I rtned Greg call w/i 5 min on 7/9/15 & left message. No return call. I le... read more
