RecommendedWhen ORKIN arrives, pests disappear. I have no problem with their products or how they use them. Pest control is effective, and they promptly respond when we have a need between treatments. I am very satisfied with this part of their service . My sole problem is their promptness. They give you a time window (usually 2 hours) when they will arrive. I have had the service for a year and a half and they haven't hit the window once. We like the service & friendly service man and seems to keep bugs and rodents at bay.
We have had some bumps along the way but will always reccomend orkin. Fast, friendly, professional and always willing to come back in between visits to spray if anything is found. They explain everything so well and are always timely and affordable. Thanks for helping with my nightmare during our apartment living phase! YOU GUYS ROCK!

When people are contacting you the situation is likely rather dire. I called and scheduled same day service only to receive a call back requesting they be able to postpone by 4 days. I'd pay double to fix the problem right now. Don't make promises you won't keep. a discount doesn't fix it. They did show up the next day hopefully it's resolved
You do a great job.there are no more bugs in the house. The service man was very helpful and answered all my questions. He even came back and spread again cause we found more bugs.I would recommend you to anyone.
The service techs I have dealt with are knowledgeable, kind to answer all my questions, and courteous to make sure lights are turned off and traps replaced as requested. Thank you for your service.
