RecommendedWhen ORKIN arrives, pests disappear. I have no problem with their products or how they use them. Pest control is effective, and they promptly respond when we have a need between treatments. I am very satisfied with this part of their service . My sole problem is their promptness. They give you a time window (usually 2 hours) when they will arrive. I have had the service for a year and a half and they haven't hit the window once. We have had some bumps along the way but will always reccomend orkin. Fast, friendly, professional and always willing to come back in between visits to spray if anything is found. When people are contacting you the situation is likely rather dire. I called and scheduled same day service only to receive a call back requesting they be able to postpone by 4 days. I'd pay double to fix the problem right now. Don't make promises you won't keep. a discount doesn't fix it. They did show up the next day hopefully it's resolved
