Have never been treated so poorly from this company still haven received an agreement to this day thid was my last service ppl were rude my husband retired From orkin 24 years he was told to leave the office disgusted with this company

Orkin man that came is a great guy, very nice and professional. The 1 star is for the simple fact that the “main office” is telling me that I had a service on 6/20 for $65 and 6/26 for $163. We were out of town the week of the 26th and never had that service and now Orkin is sending me a bill for $ 228! Even though the only service I had was 6/20. I try to explain this over the phone and the female on the line just yelled at me…smh

A tech came to check termite bait stations a couple of weeks ago. He was there 5 minutes or so. He did not report anything to me. I’m wondering if the $400+ I pay every year is getting me anything. I will stop this service if I don’t hear from you and have somebody come and do a complete inspection, and talk to me about it.

Scheduled visit was from 2 PM to 4 PM confirmed yesterday. I arrived at 12:35 PM and he was just finishing up the service. I didn’t see what he had done, I asked about a previous service concerning my roof but he didn’t do that service. He said he will follow that up. However , 5 minutes after he left , I inspected my traps and found Two dead mice in traps, right where we had agreed was the most probable entry spot.
