RecommendedI was going to wait until after my appointment, 1 1/2 hours after the 2 hours of possible show up time. they are still not here. So I'm not real happy. So may have to rethink the company. This has happened before, no show and no call. Never used to have problems, but now do.

Orkin's customer service is absolute garbage. The extermination service (8/14) was barely mediocre, so much so that I ended up being the one to supply the materials and, eventually, take care of the problem myself with no help from Orkin. But that's not the worst part. I was told I could cancel the transaction within 3 days, so I called on Monday (8/16) to ask how it worked.
